Business Process Outsourcing

Following is some research I codnucted for my Managerial Policy report.
It's interesting to see that although Pakistan is racing with others to secure a fair share of the outosurcing industry, not much is being done to improve their chances. So what ails the Business Outsourcing Industry in Pakistan?
